These Terms apply to Raw Glo Med Spa and its affiliated beauty and wellness operations offered under the Raw Glo brand, including services presented alongside or in coordination with The Lash Spa where applicable. Raw Glo publicly presents services such as facials, vitamin injections, airbrush spray tanning, lash services, brow services, waxing, and beauty-related event services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently book or consent to most services unless otherwise permitted by law and approved by Raw Glo Med Spa. Certain services may require a parent or legal guardian to be present and to sign consent forms for minors.
We reserve the right to refuse service where legally permitted, including when a treatment is not clinically appropriate, safe, or within our scope of practice.
Medical and Aesthetic Services Disclaimer
Raw Glo Med Spa provides aesthetic, cosmetic, skincare, and wellness-related services. Some services may involve licensed medical professionals, while others may be provided by estheticians, lash artists, or other trained personnel depending on the treatment.
Information on our website, social media, emails, text messages, and printed materials is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship by itself. A consultation, health history review, and signed consent may be required before treatment.
Results vary from person to person. No outcome, duration, cosmetic result, or benefit is guaranteed.
Consultations and Treatment Approval

No Guarantee of Results
Aesthetic and wellness services are individualized. Response times, downtime, visible changes, maintenance schedules, and longevity of results vary based on anatomy, skin type, metabolism, aftercare, lifestyle, medical history, and product use.
Photos, testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after examples are illustrative only and should not be understood as a promise of identical results.
Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be booked through our website, booking platform, by phone, by text, or through other approved communication channels.
When booking, you agree that:
- appointment times are reserved specifically for you,
- you will arrive on time,
- you will follow all pre-care and post-care instructions,
- you will provide valid payment information if required to hold a booking.
We may require a deposit, card on file, or full prepayment for certain treatments, packages, events, or high-demand time slots.
Deposits
Deposits are used to reserve appointment time and may be applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated.
Unless a promotion or written policy states otherwise, deposits may be forfeited if you cancel late, fail to show up, repeatedly reschedule, or violate appointment policies. If you want a different rule, such as a 24-hour or 48-hour cancellation window, that should be inserted here before publishing.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Because appointment times are reserved in advance, Raw Glo Med Spa asks clients to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.
You may customize this section to match your exact policy. A strong med spa version would read:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged a fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee or forfeit any deposit or package session.
- Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future services or may lose online booking privileges.
If you currently use a 48-hour policy for certain services, replace 24 hours with 48 where appropriate.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled in order to respect the next client’s appointment time. Full service fees may still apply.
If your late arrival prevents the service from being reasonably completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Taxes, processing fees, gratuity practices, product pricing, promotional restrictions, and package terms may vary.
Payment is due at the time services or products are provided unless a written financing or membership arrangement applies. We may accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, approved payment processors, gift cards, and other methods listed at checkout or in-store.
Chargebacks made in bad faith after services are rendered may be disputed with supporting records, signed forms, booking logs, and communications.
Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers
Promotions are available only during the stated promotional period and are subject to availability. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed services or purchases.
Raw Glo Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Packages, Series, Memberships, and Prepaid Services
If you offer prepaid packages, treatment series, or memberships, the following language works well:
Prepaid packages, memberships, and treatment series are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. They may have expiration dates, blackout periods, scheduling restrictions, provider limitations, or service-specific rules. Unused services are not redeemable for cash. Missed appointments tied to prepaid services may count as redeemed sessions where allowed by law and policy.
If your business allows sharing or transfer, this section should be adjusted accordingly.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid only for Raw Glo Med Spa services and/or products as stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless your internal system allows replacement.
Gift cards may expire only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Retail Products and Returns
Skincare, cosmetics, beauty products, wellness products, or other retail items may be subject to separate return rules due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns.
A common med spa policy is:
- unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a set number of days,
- opened products are generally final sale unless defective,
- injectable products, prescription items, and customized orders are final sale.
Only publish the version that matches your actual practice.
Injectable, Wellness, and Service-Specific Final Sale Terms
All injectable services, treatment deposits, consultation fees, medical-grade products, and used package sessions are typically final sale. If a treatment has already been performed or product has been opened, no refunds are provided unless required by law.
Touch-ups, corrections, or follow-up visits are provided only if included in the original treatment plan or promotion and must be scheduled within the timeframe specified by Raw Glo Med Spa.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- provide truthful health and contact information,
- follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions,
- notify us of any reaction, complication, or concern,
- arrive free from contagious illness when receiving close-contact services,
- treat staff and other clients respectfully,
- avoid bringing children or extra guests unless approved.
Failure to follow instructions may affect results and may limit our ability to address concerns.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Raw Glo Med Spa reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service where appropriate, including for safety, health, suspected contraindications, aggressive behavior, harassment, repeated missed appointments, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, fraud, or misuse of promotions.
Health, Safety, and Sanitation
We may require screening forms, consent documentation, patch testing, photographs, identity verification, medication review, or provider clearance depending on the service. Clients with infections, cold sores, rashes, open wounds, active irritation, fever, or other health concerns may need to reschedule.
For close-contact services, clients may also be expected to comply with then-current sanitation and safety procedures.
Photography, Before-and-After Images, and Marketing Consent
Raw Glo Med Spa may request before-and-after photographs for charting, treatment planning, quality review, and internal documentation. Separate written consent should be obtained before using any client image for marketing, social media, advertising, website content, or educational purposes.
Unless the client signs a separate media release, client images should not be publicly used for promotional purposes.
Website Use
You agree to use the Raw Glo Med Spa website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- use the website in a way that could disable or damage it,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts,
- copy or scrape website content without permission,
- submit false information,
- use the website to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
We may suspend or block access for misuse.
Online Booking Platform and Third-Party Tools
Our website may use third-party systems for booking, forms, payments, messaging, maps, reviews, and analytics. Your use of those services may also be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

By submitting your phone number or email address, you consent to being contacted regarding appointments, reminders, follow-up care, billing, service updates, and promotional messaging where allowed by law.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us directly. Operational messages related to active appointments may still be sent as needed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, service names, designs, photographs, videos, page layouts, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to Raw Glo Med Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission..
Reviews, Testimonials, and User Submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photo, or other content to Raw Glo Med Spa, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
