This page is a starting template. Raw Glo Med Spa should review and finalize it with its own counsel before launch, particularly the analytics section below, since rules for tracking technologies on healthcare websites are stricter than for other businesses.

Raw Glo Med Spa (Raw Glo Med Spa LLC) respects your privacy. When you contact us, book an appointment, or fill out a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email, solely to schedule and provide your care and to communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers (such as our online booking system) to operate the business, and we share information with them only as needed to serve you.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, so we know which pages are useful and which are not. It is measurement, not advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.

Google Analytics records things like:

• Which pages you visit, in what order, and roughly how long you stay
• How you arrived, for example a Google search, a social link, or typing the address directly
• Your general location, at city level, worked out from your IP address
• Your device type, browser, operating system, and screen size

To do that it stores two first-party cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_B3XZ8N3CXW. They identify a returning browser rather than a named person, and they do not tell us who you are.

What we do not send to analytics

Nothing you tell us about your health, your treatments, or your appointments goes to Google Analytics. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address, the services you book, or anything you discuss with a provider. Booking happens on Square, and the details you enter there are handled by Square and by us, not by our analytics.

Turning analytics off

You can opt out at any time and nothing about the site will stop working. Install Google's browser opt-out add-on, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks analytics by default.
