Around Town
Oconomowoc is the City of Lakes and it earns the name, wrapped around Lac La Belle, Fowler Lake, and Oconomowoc Lake with the downtown sitting in the middle of all three. The name comes from the Potawatomi, and the city has been a destination since long before the railroad arrived.
In the Gilded Age it was the Newport of the West. Chicago money came up by train to build summer estates on the lakes, and a few of those houses are still standing. That resort-town DNA never really left the place.
Fowler Park is the heart of a local summer, with the beach, the band shell, and concerts that fill the lawn. Downtown along Main Street has grown into a genuinely good restaurant and shopping district, and the Oconomowoc Arts Center brings in touring work most of the year.
Oconomowoc clients tend to book around events: a lakeside wedding, a fundraiser downtown, a long weekend on the water. We plan injectables far enough ahead that nothing is settling on the day it matters.
The city has grown substantially in the last two decades, past 18,000 people, mostly on the south and west edges where the subdivisions went in. The lake districts kept their character though, and the historic downtown got better rather than worse, which is not how that usually goes.

The weeks before Memorial Day are the window for lash lifts, tints, and getting skin genuinely calm before the summer calendar takes over.
Summer
Oconomowoc summers are busy and mostly outdoors, between the beach, the band shell, and one of the heaviest wedding seasons in Lake Country. Sun reflecting off three lakes means more UV than the forecast suggests, so melasma and new pigment show up by August. Airbrush spray tans, lash extensions, and waxing that survives a weekend on the water are the summer staples here.
Fall
September and October on the lakes are beautiful and almost empty, and that is when Oconomowoc clients finally look at what the summer did. Pigment, texture, fine lines. Fall is the safe window to address all of it, and starting a series now means results land before the holiday season rather than during it.
