How long before my event should I schedule? +
Book a slot that gives you time to get to your event unhurried. Contact us with your date and we'll find a time that works.
Will it hold up through a long evening? +
We build it to last through dinner and dancing. If it's an all-night event, ask us about touch-up tips before you leave.
What does special occasion makeup cost? +
It is priced with our makeup applications, so ask when you book and we will confirm based on whether you want airbrush or traditional and whether lashes are included. Airbrush application is $150.
What should I bring or send beforehand? +
A couple of reference photos and, if you have it, a picture of what you are wearing. Colour and neckline change what suits. If you have a lipstick you love and want to touch up with later, bring it and we will work around it.
Should I get a spray tan before or after? +
Before, and leave at least a day between them. A tan changes which foundation shade matches you, so tanning after your makeup is booked means the colour will be off. Tan first, makeup second.
Can you do a look I have never tried? +
Yes, and an event is a reasonable time to try something. If it is a big departure we would suggest booking slightly earlier in the day so there is room to adjust, rather than discovering you hate a bold lip forty minutes before you leave.
